Felix Achibiri
is an entrepreneur with over 16 years of cumulative experience in Business development & Strategy. He holds a degree in Management Science from University of Port Harcourt.
He is the Managing Director/CEO of Rural Steel Bridging Limited, a company specializing in the supply and construction of modular bridges in Nigeria with technical support from Messrs Mabey and Johnson UK.
He sits on the boards of several companies including Securiport Nigeria Limited, a member of Securiport LLC, Washington DC; USA, Lloyds Energy Limited and African Green Projects Limited.
He is widely travelled and has attended several international professional courses, exhibition and workshops. Mr. Achibiri brings his unwavering strength in identifying opportunities, making the right connection and building relationships for actualization of set business goals.


Kunle Oketikun
has over 20 years of experience in Banking. He has competencies acquired in senior positions within Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking from Standard Trust Bank (Now UBA), Lead bank Plc.and Ecobank Nigeria Plc.
Prior to Fortis, he was responsible for Ecobank's branches in Abuja and the Northern states. He was the pioneer Executive Director, Operations and Risk Management in Fortis Microfinance Bank, before being appointed Managing Director/CEO in 2010. He holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance and is an Associate member of various professional associations including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB), Institute of Cost Management (ICM) and Chartered Institute of Management (ACIM).

He is widely travelled and has attended several training programs, both local and International in various aspects of Banking and Leadership. He has been exposed to diverse microfinance training including International Labour Organization (ILO) and Ford Foundation supported trainings on "Making Microfinance Work" as well the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) organized "Capacity Building Training" for Operators of Microfinance Banks in Nigeria.
He attended the CBN|NDIC|CIBN recently instituted Microfinance Certified Professional training and examination for all MD's and top executive of licensed microfinance bank in Nigeria where he bagged the MCIB certification.


Deji Fisho is an alumnus of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and University of Maiduguri. He is widely recognized as a pioneer, entrepreneur and a change agent. His business interests include Finance, Energy, Defense, Education, Microfinance, Real Estate, Payments, Insurance and Technology. Deji co-founded Fortis Microfinance Bank, Plc. and was the pioneer Managing Director.

Deji is the Chairman of Brinq Africa, an approved Payment Terminal Service Provider (PTSP) and Payment Terminal Service Aggregator (PTSA). Brinq Africa is an IT support company with core interests in e-transactions, e-payment systems and general payment systems. Brinq Africa is currently providing service to First Bank, Ecobank, Unity Bank, FCMB, Union Bank and Keystone Bank. Brinq Africa is accredited electricity vending agent via a payment module for sale of power units of Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) and is also in the process of commencing electricity vending for Jos Electricity Distribution Company (JED).

Deji is also the Executive Vice Chairman of VINTAGE HUBB which is executing with the NIGERIAN NAVY the development of a twenty five floor luxury ocean view offices, apartments and 5-star hotel which will be 'West Africa's Iconic Waterfront Address' in Marina, Lagos – Nigeria.

He founded XS Energy, a part of the North South Consortium, an electricity Generating Company (GENCO) that acquired the Shiroro hydropower plant (600MW) in Niger State. XS Energy petroleum is also in the 2016 bid for the rehabilitation, upgrade, operatorship, management, maintenance and security of NNPC jetties, storage depots, plants and pipeline infrastructure.
Deji is the visionary of Fortis Academy, an institution accredited by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide tutelage for operators of the MSME businesses.

He currently sits on the board of other companies including: Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc, Fortis Mobile Money, Fortis Insurance, Foxtrot Security and Nigeria Navy Micro Finance Bank Ltd.
As part of his contribution to human and capacity building, Deji founded Switch Development Initiative. A Non-Governmental Organization with core interests in education, community development and charitable causes.

Deji Fisho is the author of Switch, a book on Transformation and Leadership and Decoded a book on entrepreneurship development. He has passion for Youth Empowerment, National Integration, mentoring of young people, Community Development and building Bridges. He is a change driver and is involved in transformation programmes across Nigeria. He speaks widely on entrepreneurship, ethics, leadership and business transformation. .


Barrister Danjuma Suleiman
has a Bachelor of Law from University of Abuja. He began his career with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) working in Jos, Uyo and Abuja branches. He worked in various departments ranging from Foreign Affairs, Banking Supervisions and Human Resource Department amongst others. He retired from CBN as Senior Manager in 2008.
Barr. Suleiman has a Certificate onHuman Resource Management from ELC Training College London, UK; Certificatein Public Administration Courses (PAC) at ASCON, Badagry; Labour ManagementRelations Course (LMRC) at ASCON, Badagry to mention but a few.
A seasoned banker with over 22years hands on banking experience acquired in senior managerial positions. Has business interests spanning banking, transportation, insurance and real estate. He is happily married and has two children.


Constant is an Investment Officer for Africa. He brought experience in private equity, investing and auditing when he joined Equator in 2016. Previously, he spent 7 years at private equity fund Cauris Management, where he held the position of Vice President. At Cauris, Constant invested in key growth industries including financial services, consumer/retail, hospitality and agribusiness in West Africa. Prior to that, Constant was a Senior Auditor at E&Y Cote d’Ivoire, where he was responsible for reviewing procedures, performing financial audits, and analyses of banks, insurers and leasing companies. Constant holds a Master in Management from Université Paris Dauphine in France and a MSc. in International Finance from Westminster Business School, United Kingdom. Mr. Kouame-Kra represents Equator Capital Partners on the Board of Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc.
